Once the product has arrived at the terminal near you, please contact the Carrier's customer service to schedule delivery to your address.
Buyer warrants that the delivery address will be

by the Carrier's equipment. If the carrier equipment cannot deliver the item, buyer agrees to pickup the item from the carrier's terminal.

If you refuse your shipment for any reason other than damage to the package, you may be subject to additional charges.
